THE TEAM
Owner: Alan Davis
Alan has been cutting and styling hair professionally since finishing a 3-year apprenticeship with Taylors of Shelford in 1968. He set up Alibabas in 1972 to meet the need for a high quality men's studio in Cambridge.
Partner: Hazel Davis
Hazel served her 3-year apprenticeship with Richard White of London. Hazel brought her skills as a men's and ladies' stylist to Alibabas in 1988.
Holistic therapist: Claire Davis
Claire has earned the IIHHT diploma in beauty and holistic massage therapies and is now practicing on the Alibabas premises, providing beauty and stress reduction treatments for a varied clientele.
